Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Intake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards for leadership and legal operations teams
• Perform analyses to improve client experience and evaluate Intake team performance
• Develop predictive models for case signup volume and collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role
• Experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tools
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel
