Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance reporting and analytics workflows
• Oversee reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment across systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in tech or fintech environments
• Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Proficient in SQL with experience in querying large datasets
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
