Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst-PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital improvements, and site repairs
• Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications related to projects
• Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and contractors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred
