Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Content Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact to contract execution and content delivery
• Lead commercial negotiations with third-party exchange and content providers, ensuring optimal terms
• Analyze data rights and manage global data rights, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in the financial services industry or similar professional environment
• 10+ years in market data, strategic sourcing, procurement, and/or contracting
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Experience in AI, Private Markets, or Defi data sourcing preferred
• Experience using FITS or MDM preferred
