Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst-PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects including tenant improvements and capital improvements
• Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, and preparing schedules
• Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and contractors

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required
• A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical area is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management is preferred
