Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a mid or senior data analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis and collaborate with internal customers to understand their requirements
• Present findings to leadership and implement solutions to improve analytics and reporting for contact center operations
• Focus on automation and data validation to enhance efficiencies and reduce waste

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of analytical work experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of one year of analytical work experience, or
• Successful completion of the company's Analyst Boot Camp and Internal Analyst Trainee program with at least one year of analytical work experience
• Online pre-employment testing is required for external candidates
