Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow PPM data structures and project management workflows
• Experience in layered data modeling and data normalization principles
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA
