Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their Data Analytics team within the Knowledge & Innovation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data analysts to optimize processes and workflows for delivering analytics and insights
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to produce high-quality work products in a timely manner
• Develop strategies for growth in data analytics and create data visualizations to communicate insights effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of law firm experience, preferably in labor and employment
• Experience managing a team of data analysts
• Technical expertise in data models, database design, and SQL queries
• Project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
