• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business insights and support
• Analyze scenarios, conduct ad hoc analysis, and optimize business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of mortgage banking experience
• Minimum 10 years of analytics, capital markets, or accounting experience
• Deep understanding of Residential Lending P&L and mortgage finance principles
• Strong understanding of banking and lending processes
