Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for developing and managing the business reporting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Build data processes to ensure data quality and accuracy, including audits and updates in Sales Force
- Create and manage a portfolio of standard management reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with various teams to improve reporting capabilities and recommend system enhancements for better data management
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with SQL databases and enterprise CRM systems, preferably Sales Force
- Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
- Knowledge of the insurance domain is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a lean environment
