Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations leads to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze financial data to derive insights and communicate findings to enhance user and business outcomes
• Manage the analytics process from project scoping to stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, data scientist, or similar role
• Experience in large operational settings (e.g., support centers, supply chain operations)
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Looker
• Strong SQL skills; experience with data architecture is a plus
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
