Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist, Data & Member Behavior (Clinical Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• Translates business goals into actionable plans and tactics for the team
• Collaborates with senior leaders to establish long-term strategies and roadmaps
• Leads the research, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and statistical/ML models

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quantitative technical fields
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, R, and/or Python for data analysis
• 4+ years of experience building data models and utilizing advanced analytics methods
• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field (preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare, finance, and/or insurance industries (preferred)
