Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Architect to manage data platform initiatives with a focus on healthcare data and AI enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide data architecture strategy for interoperability and AI/ML readiness
• Design and maintain scalable, secure data lakes on AWS, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with data science teams to implement embedding models and manage vector storage systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in data architecture, with 3-5 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience with AWS-based data lakes and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
• Expertise in embedding models, semantic search, and vector storage solutions
• Strong background in data security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST)
