• Lead a team of Data Migration Architects & Consultants while contributing to external projects
• Conduct workshops with customers to gather data migration requirements and create detailed migration plans
• Manage complex data migration projects, ensuring successful execution and positive customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of data migration experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• Experience with Salesforce data migrations and understanding of Salesforce object architecture
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
• Salesforce Administration, App Builder, and Platform Developer I Certifications
