Data Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize external data requests, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/data teams
• Identify and manage data-related risks, collaborating with the Security and Data Governance teams
• Translate business and client needs into detailed specifications for data/analytics engineers and data scientists

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in client-focused, data-driven environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of data flows, reporting systems, and the data lifecycle
• Experience defining metrics and success criteria for data products or reports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Program, and technical teams
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus
