Data Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering & Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ETL processes and data warehouses, including real-time and batch data pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tools and datasets, and manage data pipelines as needed
• Develop metrics and KPIs, conduct deep-dive analyses, and support business teams in strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics, preferably in an education setting
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation
• Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for practical applications
• Experience with end-to-end analytics processes, including data modeling and BI tool development
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouse management systems (AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred
