Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineering / Reporting Developer to design, build, and scale data engineering and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data quality and governance
• Work with business users to translate requirements into reporting and dashboard needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or related roles with 2+ years in People Management
• Strong background in data pipeline orchestration and big data technologies
• Strong programming skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
