Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics team and manage the end-to-end data platform for reporting and analytics
• Drive data engineering technical efforts, including architecting ELT/ETL pipelines and establishing data modeling standards
• Mentor and grow a team of data engineers while optimizing warehouse performance and implementing data quality measures

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering/analytics engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in computing, data engineering, or a related field
• Experience with distributed data processing and modern data stack technologies (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, dbt)
• Proven track record of delivering reliable datasets that scale with business needs
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and strategic responsibilities
