Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from healthcare provider, patient, and pharmacy interactions into the REMS database systems
- Review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with REMS program requirements
- Escalate discrepancies or incomplete information according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of data entry or administrative experience; prior experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or REMS environment strongly preferred
