Director of Data Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director to lead data transformation initiatives across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps, ensuring governance across platform migration and AI/automation initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating digital and data efforts with reporting and automation outcomes
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment between technology and business goals, leveraging data storytelling and financial impact framing

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in project/program management with at least 5 years focused on data, AI, or automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence, including data architecture and transformation pipelines
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and RPA platforms like UiPath
• Certifications preferred but not required: PMP, PgMP, PMIO-SCP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders
