Data Migration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Migration Engineer to support data migration and validation efforts for a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the migration of workforce management data across legacy and modern platforms
• Assist with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot data quality issues and document migration processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in data migration or related technical role
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and validation
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data transformation techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment
