Data Scientist - Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative data science solutions aligned to enterprise goals
• Build and refine predictive models using advanced Python and machine learning techniques, including NLP and LLMs
• Perform exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured datasets, identifying patterns and insights that drive business value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing NLP/LLM solutions using machine learning and deep learning
• Experience fine-tuning, validating, and deploying LLM-based models for text inference
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and unstructured data
• Prior experience with healthcare data, including EPIC systems
