Database Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Database Development/Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of database management systems
• Gather and assess business requirements to ensure database systems meet operational needs
• Lead and mentor a team of database administrators and developers

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, or similar roles
• Proven experience in creating data models for analytical purposes
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, and cloud-based databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate are highly desirable
