Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dean of Curriculum and Instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic leaders and faculty to develop and articulate a detailed curriculum
• Oversee curriculum to ensure student success and excellence in academic programs
• Support faculty training, development, and evaluation to enhance instructional effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Preferred terminal degree (PhD or professional doctorate) from a regionally accredited institution
• Minimum three years of experience in higher education related to faculty development
• Experience with faculty training and development, and accreditation processes
• Minimum three years of teaching experience at the master's or doctoral level, preferably online
