A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Manager (RN) to lead their Clinical Documentation Integrity Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical documentation improvement program
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and coding professionals to enhance medical record quality
• Conduct documentation audits and provide education and training to the clinical team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Delaware RN license or Compact Licensure
• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity
• One year of supervisory or management experience
• Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) preferred
• Formal Clinical Training (RN) with professional licensure required
