Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of experience in a daily news organization, including two years in a supervisory role
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Strong organizational skills with project management experience
• Experience in guiding coverage during major breaking news events
• Digital focus to enhance online readership and engagement
