Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Executive & Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an executive speaking engagement program to enhance visibility with key audiences
• Create and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns employees with business goals
• Manage internal content channels and plan company-wide All-Hands meetings to foster engagement and information flow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications or internal communications, preferably in high-growth tech environments
• Experience supporting executive communications and preparing leaders for presentations
• Proven success in managing company-wide communications programs and engagement initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bonus: Experience in AI or deep tech companies is a plus but not required
