Design and UX Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design & UX Lead to enhance user experience and visual design across its crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end UX and UI design processes for all products
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product vision
• Implement user-centric design through feedback loops, user testing, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and user needs
• Proficiency in UX methodologies and user research techniques
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, particularly in NextJS and React Native
• Experience in agile development teams and knowledge of Web3 concepts
