Design and UX Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design & UX Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end UX and UI design processes across all products
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product vision and execution
• Implement a user-centric design approach through continuous feedback loops and user testing

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (3 years required, 5+ years preferred) in UX/UI design roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Solid understanding of product development cycles and ability to bridge user needs with business objectives
• Strong grasp of product marketing and brand positioning strategies
• Proficiency in UX methodologies, user research techniques, and feedback processes
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, specifically within NextJS and React Native frameworks
