Key Responsibilities

• Lead design across web apps, developer tools, and internal dashboards
• Shape and maintain a consistent visual identity that communicates the company's ambition
• Work cross-functionally to ship intuitive and elegant user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product or brand design at high-growth startups or crypto companies
• Ability to own end-to-end design execution, from strategy to output
• Experience designing in Figma and writing in Notion
• Thoughtful about product design and UX for crypto-native products
• Experience working in cross-functional product squads
