Designer Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer Training Manager who will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for Design Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs for Design Consultants
• Collaborate with the Designer ROTOR team to create and manage the training plan
• Produce engaging educational materials and facilitate various training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and facilitation
• Bachelor's degree in design, business administration, or interior design preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a Design Consultant or similar role preferred
• Understanding of effective adult learning methodologies and tools
