A company is looking for a Designer Training Manager who will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for Design Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective training programs for Design Consultants
- Collaborate with the Designer ROTOR team to create and manage the training plan
- Produce engaging educational materials and facilitate various training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in design, business administration, or interior design preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a Design Consultant or similar role preferred
- Understanding of effective adult learning methodologies and tools
