Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of desktop support and remote work technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience in a hybrid work model supporting both in-office and remote users
- Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
