Network Observability Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Observability to lead a team responsible for monitoring and insights of their global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of network observability engineers
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for network observability
• Establish comprehensive network health metrics and develop actionable alerting strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of five years of experience in network operations or site reliability engineering
• Minimum of two years in a leadership or management role
• Experience with network monitoring platforms and networking protocols
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python or Ansible
