Detection Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Detection & Response Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the detection and response strategy of the Workbench platform
• Mature operational processes for rapid ingestion of new security signals and effective automation
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years mentoring security analysts, threat researchers, or incident responders
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of detection engineering
• Expertise in building detections at scale for security categories such as Endpoint, Network, Cloud, or Identity
• Deep understanding of attack surfaces and attacker behaviors, including MITRE ATT&CK mapping
• Proficiency in managing Detection Engineering-related support requests
