Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to drive the transformation of CI/CD workflows and lead a team of DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, set goals, and mentor team members
• Define and enforce DevOps standards and roadmap, ensuring security and reliability
• Modernize and support CI/CD processes while optimizing environments for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a DevOps/SRE/platform team
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, and CI/CD principles
• Experience operating self-managed Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal/on-premise
• Solid expertise in managing RHEL-based systems
• Practical experience with observability and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus
