Key Responsibilities

• Develop a web-based content management system and admin panel for managing content, logic, surveys, and user roles
• Build an offline-first Android app that supports gamified training and participant tracking
• Deliver secure two-way integration with the management information system and provide real-time dashboards and analytics tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing digital platforms, particularly in low-resource contexts
• Proficiency in creating modular and scalable content management systems
• Knowledge of mobile app development, especially for Android
