Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define project goals
• Develop high-level designs, user flows, and journey maps
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital design with a portfolio
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Advanced skill level using Figma software
• Experience working with design systems is a plus
• Excellent team player
