Digital Enablement Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Enablement Engineer to implement technology solutions for operational improvement and provide end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to employees regarding computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions while maintaining accurate records of systems and software
• Develop and update technical documentation for technology solutions and applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience working with Apple products is highly desirable
