Mid-Level Android Reverse Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Android Reverse Engineer to support a leading Global Cyber security company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Android applications and SDKs to understand their codebase and functionality
• Employ advanced reverse engineering techniques to extract information from various codebases
• Identify user and device risks, data leakage, and malicious code execution within Android apps

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Android Development, Reverse Engineering, Pentesting, or Application Security Assessment
• Experience in analyzing, unpacking, and reverse engineering malicious applications or SDKs
• Proficiency in reverse engineering tools such as Jadx, Ghidra, Frida, and IDA Pro
• Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and other mobile software languages
• Understanding of Android fundamentals, security threats, and mobile app store policies
