Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy strategic email campaigns, including reusable templates
• Collaborate with business development leaders to refine and format content for weekly email distributions
• Track and report on key performance metrics for email campaigns using HubSpot and Google Analytics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on email marketing
• Expertise in HubSpot for managing and deploying email campaigns
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance data using HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
