Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media planning and execution across omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for live and virtual CME programs
- Measure campaign performance, report on ROI, and optimize paid media strategies for maximum impact
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital advertising or performance marketing, with 4+ years in the healthcare industry
- Expertise with healthcare-specific AdTech platforms such as IQVIA and Lasso
- Experience in event marketing with a focus on driving registrations and attendance
- Knowledge of NPI-level targeting and HCP segmentation
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and optimize campaign performance
