Required Qualifications

- Proven success in building and scaling customer programs for retention and advocacy
- Experience in designing customer education and executive engagement initiatives
- Strong program management skills to handle multiple live programs
- Familiarity with customer marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Gainsight
