Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sports Marketing Ticket Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily monitoring and troubleshooting of inventory feed in Ticketmanager
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level executives, stakeholders, and attendees
- Maintain and update the Sports Marketing Hospitality Calendar and respond to ticket inquiries
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing support in high-pressure environments
- Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Highly detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining accurate records and documents
- Nice to have: familiarity with Ticketmanager, Workfront, and Splash
