About the Digital Media Manager Role
As the Digital Media Manager for Amazon PPC & Sponsored Advertising, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and managing client media campaigns with a dedicated focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display). You will collaborate closely with Voyageur Group’s full-service account pods, working in strong partnership with Account Managers, Merchandisers, and other team members to execute best-in-class advertising strategies.
We are seeking candidates with deep expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads who are results-driven, highly analytical, and skilled at translating data into actionable insights. If diving deep into Amazon PPC and driving measurable growth for a variety of brands excites you, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
• Partner closely with full-service account pods to design and execute Amazon advertising strategies that align with brand goals.
• Lead daily campaign management for Amazon Sponsored Ads, including setup, optimization, bid management, and audience targeting.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs such as TROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Implement data-driven bidding strategies and test new ad formats, targeting tactics, and creative approaches.
• Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to Clients Directly and Account Managers to support client communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to connect organic product listing strategies with paid advertising for maximum impact.
• Maintain expertise in Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend optimizations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Analytics Index, and SmartScout.
• Partner with technology providers (e.g., Pacvue) to maximize advertising efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns with a proven track record of delivering strong performance and ROAS.
• Experience with Pacvue or similar ad tech platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large advertising budgets with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
• Highly collaborative mindset with proven experience working cross-functionally to achieve results.

Compensation & Benefits
• Retirement plan with company match
• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.
