Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the marketing reporting roadmap and strategy, building a flexible reporting infrastructure
- Build scalable reports and dashboards, providing insights on campaign performance and key metrics
- Manage a team, ensuring alignment on priorities, performance, and ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Ops or Sales Ops with a strong understanding of marketing funnels
- Expertise in marketing tech stack including Bizible, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau
- Strong ability to create reports and data visualizations using SQL and BI tools
- Experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring
- Familiarity with tools like Asana and Google Tag Manager is a plus
