A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist - Enterprise B2B (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and related tools
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance CRM systems and processes for improved productivity
- Monitor lead volumes and ensure data integrity and attribution accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation operations
- Certified HubSpot systems administrator preferred; additional Salesforce certification is a bonus
- Proven experience in building and optimizing lead lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of demand generation and B2B Enterprise SaaS sales funnels
