A company is looking for an Email & Lifecycle Associate to manage email marketing campaigns and improve user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
- Track and report on key email and lifecycle metrics to inform strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C context
- Hands-on experience with Iterable or similar marketing automation platforms
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
