Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support client campaigns and customer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, activate, and report on various customer engagement programs using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Execute database management and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of deliverables
- Create performance and analytics reports to measure campaign effectiveness and support client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of marketing and/or demand generation experience
- 1-2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns with knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Experience in 2+ business settings using marketing automation/CRM tools
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
