Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of digital retention marketing strategies
- Develop and execute strategic plans for direct-to-consumer sales and merchandising
- Analyze website traffic and consumer behavior to refine marketing campaigns and digital experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with DTC System Management tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Analytics
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage digital budgets and external agencies
