Job Summary
A company is looking for a Communications Governance Manager to oversee the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces for compliance with regulations and company policies
- Identify and propose improvements to the communication process and compliance strategies
- Conduct audits of communication materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in authoring customer-facing content
- Experience with the full life cycle of communication processes and project management
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations specific to customer communications
