Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Governance Manager to oversee the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces for compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Identify and propose improvements to the communication process and compliance strategies
  • Conduct audits of communication materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in authoring customer-facing content
  • Experience with the full life cycle of communication processes and project management
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations specific to customer communications
